The UAMA fall business meeting will be held October 25-27, 2021 at the Newport Marriott Hotel in Newport, Rhode Island.
As many are aware, the Marriott is located in the heart of historic Newport, overlooking Newport Harbor. The property is situated on the waterfront and close to shops and restaurants. It is approximately 30 minutes from T.F. Green Airport in Providence. The city of Newport offers many stunning sites, activities and eateries for members to enjoy in their spare time. UAMA is offering to its Associate Members the option to provide an educational presentation regarding your products and industry on a first come first serve basis. Contact djh@wherryassoc.com.
The following contains all details and registration materials for the fall meeting. Reservations are to be made DIRECTLY WITH THE NEWPORT MARRIOTT HOTEL. The cut-off date for reservations is MONDAY, OCTOBER 4. Reservation requests received after the cut off date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. If the group rate is not available after the cut off date, the prevailing rack rates may apply for any reservations confirmed.

Members must identify themselves as being with the group (UAMA) to receive the group rate ($189 plus tax single/double occupancy). The destination fee noted in the reservation link will be credited for UAMA group members.
Please make your reservations promptly to ensure that rooms will be available and so UAMA may release any unused rooms to avoid potential attrition charges. This applies to food and beverage as well; so please register through the UAMA office at your earliest convenience so appropriate head counts can be provided for all meetings and meals. Members will be billed for all meals, unless 72-hour cancellation notice is provided.
